- Mehar Ansari has had a passion for writing since childhood. She writes in Urdu, Hindi, and English. Learning the Devanagari script of Hindi at home, she began writing her Urdu poems in Hindi. Mehar continues to write not only poems in all three languages but also articles and stories on various subjects. These have been published in newspapers and magazines in all three languages. Mehar pursued science in school and college for a considerable period. Additionally, she has served as the editor of the Western branch of the renowned publication company Macmillan. Her son, Mr. Zaki Ansari, has been actively involved in the task of publishing books. It is hoped that this first book of hers will be well-received by readers.
